Elise VanCise has been leading the charge in Lake County Florida in a dynamically engaging way. When I first encountered Elise I was shiny new to writing and she has helped me as I participated in and finally won NaNoWriMo. She has a kind and encouraging word for everyone and an idea or fresh eyes for every situation. She genuinely cares about the WriMos she is guiding. When we asked to meet outside of November she graciously gave of her time. When writer's block struck she brought the dynamite to spark creativity and blow that wall out of the picture.

In 2013, I took the challenge to write a novel in 30 days. I had no idea what to expect until I went to my first meeting sponsored by Elise VanCise. She was professional, welcoming and creative... To help further, Elise constantly posts on Facebook and on her blog, in an attempt to keep everyone motivated so they can reach the finish line. She's there for you and using humor she makes you think outside of the box. To Elise's credit, she has repeat authors coming to the meetings, me being one of them which says to me she must be doing something right.
